Return and Refund Policy

At Game Changer Training and Consulting Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality training, coaching, and consulting services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be issued for our products and services.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

All digital products and online courses (including self-paced, live online, or downloadable materials) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
This includes but is not limited to recorded video courses, e-learning modules, and downloadable workbooks.

If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchased course, please contact us at [email protected] , and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

2. Live Workshops and Training Programs

• Cancellation by Participant:
  If you are unable to attend a live (in-person or virtual) training program, you may request a refund or transfer your seat to a future session under the following conditions:

  • 7 days or more before the event: Eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Less than 7 days before the event: Eligible for 50% refund or one-time transfer to another session.

  • After the event has started: No refunds will be issued.

• Substitution Policy:
  You may nominate another participant to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the program.

• Cancellation by the Company:
  In the unlikely event that Game Changer Training and Consulting Ltd. cancels or reschedules an event, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.

3. Coaching Services

For one-on-one or group coaching services:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without charge.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session or missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days of approval.
