This workshop will be delivered by Nigel Leach and Shahriar Khan - two international experts with a wide range of experiences.
Nigel Leach
- Founder of Leach Consulting & Associates, a UK-based consulting firm that provides accredited Leadership, Management & Coaching programmes all over the world.
- A commercially aware Management Consultant with over 27 years in depth and general experience in organisational change.
- Working with various organisations both in the public and in the private sector to examine the contribution of human resource development to solve organisational problems and support their corporate/business objectives.
- Has orchestrated change by providing strategic thinking and establishing the development of necessary skills and leadership capability to meet the needs of any organisation. These include NHS Hertfordshire Trust, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Chamber of Commerce, HSBC, IVECO, 3G, Coca Cola, Sysmex UK Ltd and various Local Authorities.
Shahriar Khan
Shahriar Khan is an international trainer, coach and consultant. He is the founder and Managing Director of Game Changer Training and Consulting Ltd, UK. He has helped organisational leaders from hundreds of organisations from various countries. His areas of expertise include project management, people development, training and development, building effective teams, and creating healthy organisations with minimal politics, high productivity and morale. He has experience of working in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Japan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malaysia, Nigeria, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam, and Yemen.
