This workshop will be facilitated by Ralph Naylor who has diverse experience in leadership development across various sectors. Please see below for a brief overview of some of Ralph's work.

About Ralph Naylor
As a Learning and Organisational Development professional, Ralph’s key strengths are in facilitating leadership, change and project management skills. His approach is to draw out people’s experience in dynamic ways and in real situations and to build commitment to decisions and actions – personal and organisational. His experience is unusually broad across many different sectors.
In 1995 Ralph set up his consultancy practice after three significant experiences came together -
postgraduate research into the success and failure of change projects, personal experience of leading teams on a challenging expedition, and managing an innovative and complex organisational development project in a leading food retail and distribution group. Since then, with a range of partners, he has been very privileged to:
- Facilitate programmes in the UK to develop leadership, people management and project
management skills for more than 7 civil service departments, for 26 other clients in the public
sector, for 51 in the commercial sector, and for 13 in the third sector and, in addition, over 100
open project management courses. - Facilitate bespoke and open programmes to develop leadership, innovation and project
management skills across Africa, USA, UAE, India, Singapore and Malaysia in public ministries
and sectors such as banking, health, energy and utilities. - Support organisational change projects in the UK as researcher, consultant, or project / programme manager, contributing to project governance; management, organisational development, talent management, customer insight, induction and operational training and in sectors such as housing, retail, IT, leisure; hospitality, health; social care, and transport.
- Facilitate and assess on blended learning programmes for learning and development
professionals seeking Level 5 qualification with the Chartered Institute for Personnel
Development (CIPD).
Ralph really enjoys working with people facing different challenges and believes if we are always willing to listen, to learn and adapt our approach, we can always contribute to development and decision making.
He holds masters’ degrees in Organisational Behaviour (MSc) and in Leisure Management (MA) and also a degree in Classics (BA Hons). He is a fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (FLPI) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD) and of the Institute of Leadership and Management (MInstLM).
Who is it for?
Leaders who have an influence on team and organisational culture. This can include leaders at different levels within the organisational hierarchy. The participative nature of the workshop means participants can apply the learning to their own situations.
